Ways to Give

The Beckville ISD Education Foundation, Inc. accepts donations from individuals, corporations and other foundations to fund its programs. Contributions can be given for a specific program or to the endowment fund and may be given in honor or memory of someone. With endowment gifts, the principal is invested, and only the income is used to fund programs and activities.

• GENERAL GIFTS – Unrestricted contributions that are placed in the general fund.
• RESTRICTED GIFTS – Donations may be restricted for one of the Foundation’s programs.
• MATCHED GIVING – Donors can often double or triple a contribution with an employer-matching gift. Please check with your employer and ask for the company’s matched gift form to send with your contribution to the Beckville ISD Education Foundation.
• IN-KIND GIFTS – In-kind gifts of services may also be given to the Foundation. Please check with the Foundation regarding acceptance of services and gifts.
• PLANNED GIVING – Donors interested in planned giving should consider memorial gifts, trusts, life insurance and other options recommended by an estate planner.
• FOUNDING DONOR – Donations at one of the Founding Donor Levels provide support and seed money to initiate the Foundation’s programs, and donors will receive permanent, prominent recognition as a Founding Donor.
• FULL ENDOWMENT DONOR – A one-time endowment donation of $25,000 or more assures the perpetuity of an annual award and may be unrestricted or may be in a donor-selected program area. The donation may be established in the name of the donor or in honor or memory of a loved one. This gift can be made as a one-time donation or as a five-year pledge.
